I-phone Wallpaper Help…?

How do insert images from your computer to the iphone and apply them as wallpaper??? Also what kind of movie format can I insert to the I-phone???

You have to convert your videos to iPod format. I use Red Kawa Videora Ipod Touch Converter, free and works good, interface is so so though. I think you can sync images through iTunes but never done it yet.
