I’m getting my ipod touch (32gb) in 2days and do i have to jailbreak my ipod 2g to get themes like…?

Yes you would have to jailbreak your ipod to be able to do that. Unfortunately the jailbreak for the 2nd Generation Touch isn’t out yet, but it should be shortly.
