I purchased the 3G yesterday, backed it up from an old iPod touch, and when i did so it added the same background on the lock sreen as the iPod touch had. And i had the same problem with the touch too because it used to be jailbroken and then I unjailbroke it. How can I change my wallpaper on my iPhone?
