I’m stuck between the Lg Vu and the apple iPhone. I was 100% set on the Vu until reality set in and I realized that I could get the iPhone for the same initial price. I posted another question asking which was better, and I’ve been thinking about it a lot because I’m fickle, and really need to be sure of something before I buy it.
I’ve sort of again decided on the Vu. And here’s why.
I have some problems with the Vu but not many. Like, the Vu has a lower resolution and the images aren’t as stunning on the scfreen. It also has lame at&t wallpapers but that’s fixable. I’ve also heard that the touch screen is at a lesser quality than the iPhone, but will this really make my life harder when using it? I also don’t really need tv on my phone, so without really caring for this feature, is this phone a bust?
My problems with the iPhone are that it’s expensive, it doesn’t allow picture messages to be sent or recieved, and the texting keyboard is permanetly stuck in portrait mode. I love that the Vu can go in landscape mode AND has the ability to do regular T9 texting on the number pad. It’s also smaller and light weight without feeling cheap. iphone obviously has better internet, but I don’t see myself being very dependent on the internet for either phone.
I think…that since I don’t need a tiny laptop in my purse, I kind of want the Vu. Would I be insane not to go up a step and get the iPhone? Is is really that much better? I need honest opinions here, and I’m completely open, so please help.
